Jorge Labarga is the founder of Labarga Law and focuses his practice on immigration law. As the son of Cuban immigrants, he understands firsthand the opportunities, challenges, and uncertainty that often accompany the immigration journey.

Professional Background
Before founding Labarga Law, Jorge built a diverse legal background through both public service and private practice.
Most recently, Jorge practiced immigration law, representing individuals and families in a wide range of immigration matters. His experience includes matters before U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), immigration courts, and other components of the immigration system.
Prior to entering immigration practice, Jorge served as an Assistant State Attorney in both Orange County and Miami-Dade County. In that role, he handled a broad range of criminal matters, including traffic offenses, juvenile cases, misdemeanors, and felony prosecutions.
Through his work as a prosecutor, Jorge gained significant courtroom experience, including jury trial experience, and developed the advocacy, litigation, and communication skills that continue to serve his clients today.
